The clubhouse is available for hire for Business Meetings, Seminars, Weddings, Birthdays, Dinners, Receptions etc. We have our own in-house caterers who can provide anything from teas and coffees to a 5 course dinner.

CRFC is now one of the best function venues in town, it has 3 different sized function rooms, free Wi-Fi, more than ample parking, an open aspect to the pitches and with all the amenities you would expect from high class function suites. All for a very reasonable hire charge. If you, or someone you know is planning a Business or Private function in the next 12 months – put CRFC on the list of options.

Catering for all events can be tailored to your requirements and quoted for but please note we do the catering for all functions. Outside catering is only permissable under exceptional circumstances and wholly at the clubs discretion.

Note that special discounted rates are available for members and sponsors of the club.

A deposit is payable at the time of booking. This is non-refundable unless the bar/functions manager is notified in writing more than 28 days before the function is due.
